Job Title: Remote Training Facilitator (Work From Home)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Project Duration: 1–6 months)

Compensation: $22/hour

Expected Start Date: Monday, October 6th (Please call for schedules; may include weekends)

Program Overview:

Express Employment Professionals McAllen is hiring Remote Training Facilitators to deliver engaging and effective virtual training sessions for call center agents. Facilitators will ensure employees gain the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles successfully, support continuous improvement, and collaborate with leadership and instructional designers. This project is expected to last 1–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver instructor-led training via Zoom.
  • Record voice-over for on-demand and self-paced training modules.
  • Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to understand training goals.
  • Communicate with training manager and agent engagement team on attendance, participation, and challenges.
  • Participate in train-the-trainer sessions to learn curriculum and best practices.
  • Rehearse training materials prior to delivery.
  • Partner with instructional designers to continuously improve training programs.
  • Receive and implement feedback from training manager, surveys, leadership, and clients.
  • Participate in personal and professional development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Must have a reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera and Windows Defender as the only active antivirus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Associate’s degree plus 1–2 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to “read the virtual room.”
  • Subject matter expertise in assigned project areas.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
