Job Description Summary

We’re looking to hire a Mandarin speaker for the Remote Site Coordinator.

The Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of C&W’s Remote Site Management service capability within C&W’s Manila based Portfolio Services Centre.

C&W’s Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our client’s sites and operations across the APAC Region.

About the Role

• Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites via phone and/or email
• Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests
• Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner Global Occupier Services
• Assess client’s needs and guide the client accordingly

About You:

• College/bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year facilities management and remote site operational exposures
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up
