Key Responsibilities:As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success for both clients and your team. Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging Client Meetings: Use provided sales scripts to deliver impactful virtual presentations, building rapport and trust.
• Tailored Solutions: Assess client needs to deliver personalized, high-value solutions.
• Strengthening Client Relationships: Maintain ongoing support and guidance to foster long-term trust and loyalty.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and motivate team members to meet or exceed sales goals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Collaborating on Strategy: Work closely with colleagues to innovate and improve processes for maximum efficiency and results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Sales or Leadership Experience: Prior experience in sales or management roles is preferred, but goal-oriented, coachable individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and adept at relationship-building.
• Leadership Potential: Natural ability to inspire, mentor, and lead within a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Insurance Licensing: While an insurance license is preferred, we provide full support for the licensing process if needed.
