What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee and coordinate sales team activities, establish sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Meet your personal producer targets.
• Report on performance metrics for the team and individuals, and develop innovative sales strategies.
• Create and implement innovative sales strategies and form new partnerships with potential clients.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and customer service policies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
• Financial services background considered an asset.
