What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Oversee and coordinate sales team activities, establish sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Meet your personal producer targets.
- Report on performance metrics for the team and individuals, and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Create and implement innovative sales strategies and form new partnerships with potential clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and customer service policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Financial services background considered an asset.
