Requirements:

• Provincial Insurance License: Possess or be willing to pursue the Life License Qualification Program (we will support you!).
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to engage qualified prospects and build rapport.
• Result-Oriented: Show a self-driven and motivated attitude to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and resilient mindset.
• Remote Work Environment: Have an equipped home office/workspace to conduct daily tasks.
• Must reside in Canada
