Bilingual recruiters are especially welcome, as we support many clients in Quebec and across Canada.Please note: candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada full-time.What You’ll Be DoingManaging full-cycle recruitment mandates ( Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships and more)Working on assigned roles or developing your own client relationshipsCollaborating with the ICA team to share resources and insightsWorking at your own pace, with support when you need itWho You AreAt least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or internal)Based in Canada and legally authorized to workIndependent, accountable, and comfortable working soloSkilled in both client and candidate managementStrong communicator with a sense of ownershipEntrepreneurial mindset — you’re building a long-term practiceBilingual (French/English)?
