A job where precision and efficiency are key. From the moment your day begins, you immerse yourself in supporting regional branches by producing accurate and timely estimates that help bring properties back to life after disaster strikes.Collaboration is at the heart of the role and team. You work closely with the Program Performance Manager and Project Managers to analyze scope details, photos, and notes, ensuring every estimate aligns with industry standards and client expectations. You are the go-to expert in insurance requirements, working with independent adjusters and key First Onsite accounts to maintain compliance and service level agreements.A keen eye on Xactanalysis means monitoring approvals, following up on overdue reviews, and keeping the workflow moving. Communication is constant, whether it’s providing feedback to Project Managers on estimate improvements, responding to notes from Xactanalysis, or working with the Office Manager and Program Performance team to identify gaps or changes in estimating programs.

Beyond the numbers, you are a champion of health and safety policies, ensuring that every estimate supports a safe and efficient restoration process. Whether it’s ensuring compliance, troubleshooting issues, or refining workflows, your role is essential in driving timely project completion and delivering top-tier service to First Onsite clients.Qualifications & Experience:

• Expert proficiency in Xactimate is a MUST
• College Diploma or certification; or combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirements.
• Computer skills required effectively use Word, Excel, Outlook,
• Knowledge of XactAnalysis,& ClaimTrak considered an asset
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong administration and record keeping skills.
• Bilingual in French is an asset.
