Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent – Claims Support (Work From Home)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Project Duration: 1–6 months)

Compensation: $17/hour

Estimated Start Date: Monday, October 6th (Subject to change, please call for schedules; may include weekends)

Program Overview:

Express Employment Professionals McAllen is now hiring for over 50+ Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a large-scale claims assistance program. Candidates will handle inbound calls, support clients with claims processing, and provide professional, empathetic customer service. This project is expected to last 1–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls regarding total property loss, partial property loss, physical injury, and general claims questions.
Assist clients with online claims submission; provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support.
Accurately enter and manage client data in the system.
Maintain empathy, professionalism, and sensitivity when interacting with clients.
Complete required background checks.
Participate in training sessions and follow operational procedures.

Requirements

Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on empathy.
Detail-oriented with proficient data entry skills.
Reliable Windows 11 computer with a working camera; Windows Defender as the only active antivirus.
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
