• Talk to customers to understand what they need and help them find the right solutions clearly and professionally.
• Answer customer questions and guide them to make good decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• You communicate well and can build good relationships with people.
• You’re organized, manage your time well, and are motivated to learn and grow. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
• You’re comfortable using computers and different communication tools.
• You are willing to obtain the HLLQP License; comprehensive support will be provided
• You’re eligible to work in Canada.
