AO Globe Life is looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in making sure our customers have a great experience with our company. - Talk to customers to understand what they need and help them find the right solutions clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer questions and guide them to make good decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
- You communicate well and can build good relationships with people.
- You’re organized, manage your time well, and are motivated to learn and grow. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required.
- You’re comfortable using computers and different communication tools.
- You are willing to obtain the HLLQP License; comprehensive support will be provided
- You’re eligible to work in Canada.
