Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Manager at Globe Life AO National. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with customers. Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in managing customer service teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
