SALARY: $20
START: This role is for a future opportunity in 2025. Please note this is a contract position.
SHIFT: MUST have full availability to work between the hours of 7:00am-12:00am Eastern Standard Time Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)POSITION DETAILS:
· Answering incoming calls and respond to inquiries· Provide superior customer service· Work from homeQUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent communication skills· At least 6 months of call centre experience· Must have high speed internet with a minimum of 50 mbps· Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace· Must have a smart phone with multi-factor authentication· Ability to pass a Federal Reliability Clearance Screening· Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems· Must pass language competency testingDisclaimer: We are currently conducting pre-interviews for a role that we
