What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to voice for customers, answering and directing calls with warmth and professionalism.
  • Tackle emails with ease—organizing, categorizing, and responding promptly.
  • Guide customers through program details and application processes, answering questions with clarity and confidence.
  • Help applicants complete forms accurately and review them for perfection.
  • Follow up with customers to gather missing info and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Prepare daily reports using digital tools and take action to stay ahead.
  • Make outbound calls to remind customers of opportunities and collect key details.
  • Pass top-quality applications to the next stage for approval.
  • Lend a hand to team members on special tasks when needed.
  • Embrace additional duties with enthusiasm as they come your way!

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Quebecois French and English—your bilingual skills are your superpower!
  • A high school diploma (bonus points for customer service training).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a bilingual customer service environment—your expertise sets you apart.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect and inspire.
  • A talent for building trust and relationships with customers and teammates.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle complex tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)—experience with KiSSFLOW, Portfolio Plus, or Avaya Phone is a plus
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for learning and delivering excellence.
