What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to voice for customers, answering and directing calls with warmth and professionalism.
- Tackle emails with ease—organizing, categorizing, and responding promptly.
- Guide customers through program details and application processes, answering questions with clarity and confidence.
- Help applicants complete forms accurately and review them for perfection.
- Follow up with customers to gather missing info and keep things moving smoothly.
- Prepare daily reports using digital tools and take action to stay ahead.
- Make outbound calls to remind customers of opportunities and collect key details.
- Pass top-quality applications to the next stage for approval.
- Lend a hand to team members on special tasks when needed.
- Embrace additional duties with enthusiasm as they come your way!
What You Bring:
- Fluency in Quebecois French and English—your bilingual skills are your superpower!
- A high school diploma (bonus points for customer service training).
- At least 1 year of experience in a bilingual customer service environment—your expertise sets you apart.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect and inspire.
- A talent for building trust and relationships with customers and teammates.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle complex tasks under tight deadlines.
- Top-notch organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)—experience with KiSSFLOW, Portfolio Plus, or Avaya Phone is a plus
- A proactive mindset with a drive for learning and delivering excellence.
