Our client’s focus is on supporting local business owners to become even more successful by increasing their profits, building stronger teams and developing their business so it can ultimately work without them. Clients participate in a range of group and individual coaching programmes, business planning days and team/individual development programmes.About the role:If you’re the Relationship Development Manager we’re looking for, you will join the world’s number 1 business coaching company’s Glasgow-based operation. Together, we will work with business owners/directors to grow and improve their businesses – which in turn will improve the lives of the owners/directors, their families and their employees.You will be responsible for:

  • Creating interest in business coaching throughout the territory by building both 1-to-1 and strategic relationships.
  • Representing the company in Scotland’s Central Belt at networking events (eg Chambers of Commerce) to meet business owners, develop relationships and educate prospective clients regarding the possibilities in coaching.
  • Growing and nurturing the database of qualified business owners (ie people who have met us face to face and are interested in continuing a conversation at some level) through appropriate communication.
  • Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with potential strategic alliances (e.g. banks, accountants, solicitors) in order to create public speaking, seminar and referral opportunities.
  • Employing a mixture of various marketing and communication tools to fulfil all of the above responsibilities, such as social media and LinkedIn, email, video, telephone, networking, etc.

  • £24k base salary per annum
  • £1,000 commission per new coaching client signed up, with the potential to earn £48k commission per annum, with no cap
  • Monthly performance related bonuses, with no limit to earning potential
  • Home based, however local travel will be required
