About the Role:

We’re hiring a Sales Support Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our London-based EMEA Sales team. In this role, you will support regional sales activity by managing administrative processes, including order submission and CRM updates. You will gain exposure to our sales workflows and product offerings while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

About the Team:

Our EMEA Sales team is responsible for delivering value to our clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This team supports our market-leading portfolio of products and services through deep market knowledge, collaboration, and a strong focus on customer relationships.

You Will:

  • Provide administrative support to the EMEA sales team, including managing order submissions and maintaining CRM data.
  • Support the production of client-facing documentation and sales materials.
  • Coordinate and streamline existing team processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure paperwork and communication are managed effectively.

You Have:

  • Experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language (Spanish, French, Italian, or German preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong attention to detail.
  • An interest in financial markets is a plus.
