This exciting opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian ready to make a broad impact—supporting clinical teams, enhancing patient care, and driving operational success.🩺 About the RoleWhether you are:A seasoned DVM ready for a leadership-driven challenge, orAn Associate Veterinarian with ambitions to expand into regional influence,this role offers a powerful blend of clinical care and multi-site leadership . You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping veterinary practices while remaining hands-on in patient care.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesChampion Clinical ExcellenceDeliver high-quality medical care and surgical services with 75–100% of time devoted to clinical work.Mentor and coach DVMs, especially new graduates, in surgery, dentistry , and case management.Improve clinical processes that elevate client experience and patient outcomes .Cultivate a Positive Veterinary CommunityFoster a collaborative and supportive environment in each hospital.Partner with the Regional Director to implement strategies that promote team engagement and professional development.Assist in recruiting top-tier veterinary talent with the Talent Relations team.Drive Operational SuccessOptimize hospital flow, scheduling, and performance metrics.Support budgeting, staffing needs, and resource allocation.Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term success.Ensure Compliance & Quality AssuranceConduct hospital visits and inspections to uphold the highest standards of care.Oversee DEA compliance and regulatory requirements across all assigned hospitals.🎓 What You’ll BringDVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.Valid veterinary license (or ability to obtain) in the state of Florida.3–5 years of clinical experience ; leadership experience a plus.Registered or eligible DEA license (as applicable).Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities.Willingness to travel regionally to assigned locations (travel and housing covered).🕓 Time Allocation & ScheduleFour-day work weekPrimarily clinical (75–100% direct patient care)Remaining time allocated for:Staff mentorshipInterviews & recruitmentCompliance oversightPerformance reviews & budget planning💼 Compensation & BenefitsFlexible compensation : Choose between Salary or ProSalPaid travel & housing for regional supportMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchGenerous PTO :3 weeks paid time off6 weeks of paid parental leaveContinuing Education :Paid CE daysSubstantial CE allowanceLicensing & Dues :Paid state licensureProfessional dues coveredAdditional Perks :Life insuranceShort- & long-term disability insurancePLIT (Professional Liability Insurance)Discounted pet careCompany-wide DVM-only messaging platform for support and case sharing🏥 About the OrganizationThis partner hospital group is part of a rapidly expanding network of 200+ hospitals nationwide.
