This is a key role in driving our operations forward and ensuring we deliver quality work on time. You will be responsible for managing teams, overseeing projects, and making sure everything runs smoothly in your region.This role is about leadership, problem-solving, and keeping things moving. You will work closely with teams on the ground, making sure they have what they need to do their jobs well. You will also be the link between our business and our clients, ensuring expectations are met and standards stay high.We need someone with experience in managing people and projects. You should be confident making decisions, solving problems, and keeping teams motivated. If you are someone who takes ownership, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-moving environment, this could be the role for you.What you’ll bring?Bring your proven telecoms managerial experience, strong leadership, and team management skills to our team. Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will build lasting relationships. With solid technical knowledge, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, you’ll excel in problem-solving and adhere to health and safety regulations. Flexibility to travel within the East and North Midlands is essential.
