Regional Maintenance Engineer
CSCS Card Required | Valid UK Driving Licence Required
Salary: £14.23 per hour + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + overtime at time and half.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
Company benefits, sociable hours.PURPOSETo visit customer sites providing diagnosis and efficient repair of cabins internally & externally. • General plumbing maintenance – leaking toilets, sinks, showers, tank & bowser connections
• General joinery work – install/remove partition walls, flooring, ceilings, kitchens, doors, windows
• Electrical work – replacing like for like items: water heaters, wall heaters, light fittings, plug sockets
• Working at heights – installing cabins, roof repairs
• Install & demobilising cabin setups – AV, moduflex and CTX
• Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units
• Paint repairs
• Have a good understanding of health and safety & familiar with reading/following risk assessments and method statements

• A good attitude

• To have a good mix of general maintenance skills
• To have a basic knowledge of power tools
• A valid UK driving licence
• Blue CSCS card holder essential
• CCNSG card
