The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support, field operations, and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority.
Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle.
Position Summary: The DCCC is hiring multiple Regional Analytics Directors for the 2026 election cycle, with a projected start date of mid-September. At this time, visa sponsorship is not available.
Regional Analytics Directors will serve a vital role in ensuring that data is an essential component of the decision-making of the DCCC and congressional campaigns. This role will work with the Deputy Analytics Director and the rest of the Analytics team, as well as the regional pods, to advise congressional campaigns in their region on their path to victory and maximize the effectiveness of their voter outreach strategies based on rigorous statistical analysis of past election results, voter file data, polling, microtargeting models, and other analytics tools.
This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.
