Are you a people person with a drive to succeed? Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Recruitment Resourcer in the heart of Central London!What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by:

• Sourcing and screening education candidates for a wide range of roles in our Primary, Secondary and SEN schools
• Writing and posting job adverts
• Conducting telephone interviews and candidate pre-screening
• Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a great experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintaining our candidate database and keeping records up to date

What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and on-the-job support. All we ask is that you bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in people and career development
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales based role
• Be educated to Degree Level
