We are looking for a self driven, motivated individual to join our team and work across our various healthcare brands to source top tier healthcare staff to align with our client requirementsDo you have a passion for speaking to various different people, and matching up candidates skills and experiences to their perfect role?Pulse are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join their team of consultants to contribute to Pulses candidate focused approach enhancing a candidates hiring and onboarding experience.Everyday you will…

• Sourcing new healthcare candidates through a variety of techniques including; headhunting, referrals, the internal CRM, applications, job boards, social media and networking
• Appropriately matching clients and candidates by assessing the needs of both and effectively screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to achieve the desired results
• Developing and maintaining good communication links and working relationships with candidates and relevant stakeholders
• Managing a candidate pipeline and ensuring regular contact with potential candidates.

• Have previous recruitment/sourcing experience with proven ability to place suitable candidates into roles

• Proven ability to work towards targets in a KPI driven environment
• Ability to negotiate or proven sales experience
• Experience of candidate/customer care with the ability to build strong relationships both internal and external
