Recruitment PartnerSalary: £60,000+package benefits
Location: LondonWe’re seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Partner to spearhead the hiring strategy, bringing in top talent and nurturing team growth. You’ll oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience every step of the way.Key Duties:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for UK roles
• Manage entry-level hiring and site openings
• Ensure GDPR compliance in recruitment data
• Conduct training to upskill managers in sourcing talent
• Collaborate with departments on hiring needs
• Run CV searches, promote referral schemes, and identify talent

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in full recruitment lifecycle
• Hospitality, leisure, or entertainment industry experience
• Strong HR knowledge and familiarity with HRM software (ideally Fourth Hospitality)
• Confident communicator with senior leadership
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
