Recruitment Coordinator Part Time Position
In this role you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Ideally, you are passionate about hiring, have excellent communication skills, and possess a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging.
The Recruitment Coordinator has the following key responsibilities:

Reporting to HR Manager to prepare and extend job offers
Ensure fair, consistent and efficient practices, as it relates to sourcing , recruiting and hiring
Building recruitment and selection capabilities with team members;
Review all resumes, prescreens, interviews, references and documentation
Skills and Experience
The Recruitment Coordinator works alongside the Team in developing pools of qualified health care professionals
Work collaboratively to meet Home Care Assistance Barrie goals and objectives. This includes collaboration of ideas, with a positive attitude
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
Champion a positive candidate experience for all candidates
Develop and maintain partnerships with employment-focused community organizations to attract diverse talent
Champion Employee Referral Program including tracking and reporting
Maintain detailed and accurate interview notes in the candidate tracking system
Understanding of scheduling health care workers
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Along with the HR Manager & team, design and implement overall recruitment strategy
Work in collaboration with HR team the full on-boarding process for all new employees.
Provide analytical and detailed recruiting documents to the team
Maintain up to date personnel employees’ documentation
Qualifications
Diploma or Certification Human Resources is an asset
Member of HRPA ( Human Resources Professional Association) is an asset
1-2 years of experience in business growth, or services related to recruiting
Previous experience working in healthcare
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution
Experience driving ambitious growth metrics in an operational environment
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various internal teams
Ability to travel within the Simcoe County if required
Professional Practice
Act with integrity and balance the interest of all parties in carrying out HR ethical practices for all candidates and staff
Positive attitude, problem solver and team player
Adhere to HR legal requirements
If you are a professional recruiter, with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting , and have a deep understanding of the talent pipeline for health care workers we would like you to join our team!

Job Types: Part Time Contract 6 months ( 20 hours per week), may lead to full time position
Schedule:
2 days a week between Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Hourly rate: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
