Your dream role

• An excellent opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Coordinator.
• This position will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of talent acquisition including scheduling interviews, managing candidate and hiring manager communications, and maintaining RoslinCT’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and respond to enquiries regarding their application status.
• Assist in creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring progress.
• Make and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with internal salary structures and candidate expectations, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Support the pre-employment screening process, including background checks and reference checks.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and advise on best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

About you

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, previous experience will be in an internal recruitment setting, although agency experience will also be considered.
• Ideally, you will have experience in recruiting within the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, positive, and forward-looking approach is essential.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competent in computer packages including Microsoft Office packages and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and deliver results to deadline.
• Excellent attention to detail with a real desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
