🚀 We’re Hiring: Recruitment Coordinator
📍 Based in Dundee, DD2 4US

From Lochee to Broughty Ferry and as far as Montrose, we’ve built a strong reputation across Dundee, Angus and Tayside for being reliable, responsive, and genuinely good to work with.We’re growing and looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team – someone who’s organised, people-focused, and up for a fast-paced, varied role.What You’ll Be DoingThis is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – whether you’re placing a driver for a same-day shift in the city or helping a local business plan ahead for a big week of deliveries. You’ll be:

• 🎯 Sourcing Candidates – using job boards, social media, and local networks
• 📞 Interviewing – chatting with candidates to find out what they’re looking for and what they’re great at
• 🤝 Working with Local Businesses – getting to know our clients and helping them find the right people
• 🧾 Admin & Systems – keeping our database up to date (accuracy matters!)
• ✅ Compliance – making sure everything we do is above board and audit-ready

What We’re Looking ForYou might come from recruitment, admin, customer service or sales – but really, we’re looking for someone who’s confident, switched on, and great with people.Here’s what helps:
✅ Experience in a people-facing or admin role
✅ Friendly, clear communicator
✅ Organised and good at multitasking
✅ Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
