• Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, providing support and guidance to both clients and candidates.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process for all parties involved.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred, but we welcome ambitious individuals willing to learn!

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
