Working duties:As consultants you will be part of an established team, dedicated to providing the right talent solution for your clients, you will work as a trusted advisor, guiding both your candidates and clients through the end to end hiring experience resulting in finding the right person for the right job.

  • Use sales, business development and marketing techniques as well as networking skills to attract business from client companies
  • Build a portfolio by calling new potential clients which will generate new business
  • Meet clients and candidates to build and develop relationships
  • Develop a good understanding of companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
  • Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy
  • Receive and review applications, manage interviews, and create a shortlist of candidates for the client recruiting
  • Request references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details
  • Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
  • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organise, inform, and prepare candidates for interviews
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates
  • Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
  • Work towards and exceed targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

Our Package:The basic salary will depend on your previous experience.Once you are eligible to earn commission (after 3 months), the financial rewards are within your control. Once you are on full commission, you can expect to earn approx. £10,000-£15,000 on top of your basic salary in your first year depending on your contributio
