We hire across technical and engineering, manufacturing, warehouse and industrial, contact centre and customer service, office personnel and public sector.Sound like something you want to be a part of?Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Bristol branch to develop and grow a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.The beautiful offices are situated centrally on Colston Avenue and you must be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Bristol will include:

• New Business Development and Client growth
• Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent
• Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
• Working to KPI’s and understanding of your sales pipeline
• Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans
• Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations
• Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Regular weekly client visits and therefore ideally you will be a driver with access to your own vehicle
• Business to Business Sales and Business Development calls and face to face visits
• Best practise administration and record keeping
