• Managing live vacancies with active clients — no cold calls, no starting from scratch.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates in the Maintenance Engineering market, where skilled talent is in high demand.
• Working alongside an experienced Business Development Manager, who handles the client relationships and brings in the roles.
• Providing market insights to clients and supporting account development.

You’ll likely have at least 12 months in a recruitment role, and you’ve discovered that your real strengths lie in the candidate relationship side.
