The power of good for Britain.Location: Suffolk based 2 days per week, London office 1 day per week – Hybrid working arrangementsEmployment type: Permanent full-timeSalary: c£50k dependant on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.Closing date: 24th December 2024Ready to lead recruitment at the forefront of innovation?We’re looking for an exceptional Recruitment Business Partner to join our team.Based in Suffolk with regular travel to London you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a dynamic, high-performing recruitment service for Sizewell CThis is a fast-paced, team manager level role where you’ll:Drive direct sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist positions.Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, enhancing performance and fostering a coaching culture.Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing strategic recruitment expertise.Innovate talent attraction strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.You bring:Proven leadership in recruitment, ideally with in-house experience.Expertise in senior/specialist hiring and direct sourcing.Knowledge of recruitment best practices, IR35/AWR legislation, and tools like psychometrics.The ability to work at pace while maintaining precision and professionalism.A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.Experience in permanent hires within construction, technical, engineering, or energy sectors.Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home.
