We’re seeking an accomplished Recruitment Business Partner to join Human Resources department of our client. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the development and execution of recruitment strategies for Corporate Head office recruitment.

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in the retail industry.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the HR team.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talents.
• Oversee the company’s recruitment budget.

Working for a FTSE BusinessWorking Strategically and OperationallyA successful Recruitment Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
