Location: Birmingham – Hybrid Working (other office locations considered)
A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join a leading law firm with offices in Birmingham as well as UK Wide. The Recruitment Advisor will focus on legal support and administrative vacancies across multiple office locations. This position requires strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, along with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Journey Coordination:

• Drafting job descriptions and creating compelling job adverts
• Advertising vacancies across relevant social media platforms
• Responding promptly to candidate inquiries

Candidate Outreach:

• Proactively engaging with potential candidates using a variety of platforms

Agency Coordination:

• Acting as the main point of contact for Preferred Supplier List (PSL) recruitment agencies

Hiring Manager Support:

• Assisting hiring managers with role scoping, recruitment campaign planning, and candidate management
• Managing expectations throughout the hiring process

Application Screening:

• Reviewing applications and conducting telephone interviews to assess suitability

Interview Coordination:

• Scheduling interviews and communicating feedback to candidates

Offer Management:

• Collaborating with the HR team to prepare contracts and offer documentation

Data Management:

• Keeping accurate recruitment records and developing a pipeline of future candidates

About YouRequirements:

• Experience in a similar recruitment or resourcing role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Ability to manage changing and competing priorities
• Commercially aware and adaptable
• Resilient, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
