As a Recruiting Program Specialist, you will play a key part in bringing top talent into our organization. In this role, you will focus on day-to-day candidate and new hire requests, and you will be a resource and subject matter expert for your internal and external stakeholders.This includes arranging interviews across multiple locations and time zones, supporting candidate onboarding activities, and navigating different processes, tools, and technologies. Additionally, the Recruiting Program Specialist will help lead process improvements, enhancing the candidate experience and partnership building, while offering guidance and support to the Global Talent Acquisition team.In this role, you will:Deliver an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication throughout the candidate’s lifecycle from initial contact to start dateProvide a high-touch level of customer service to all stakeholders, including Recruiting, Sourcing and Delivery Teams within the GTA function, as well as Executive Assistants, Business Units and HR PartnersServe as the point of contact for handling complex and urgent escalated cases within the GTA function and providing resolution in a professional and efficient manner. This may involve in-depth research, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the effective application of company policies and proceduresPerform complex calendar management across multiple time zones for pre-briefs, hiring manager screens, individual and panel interviews, and debrief requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers
