This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment cycle through the management of systems, analytics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing recruitment tools, leading process improvements, and providing strategic operational support to the talent acquisition team.Missions:
- Operations Management: Lead the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, including workflow optimization, system administration, and process improvement. Work with HR ops team to maintain the playbooks and guides up to date. Oversee the implementation and utilization of our recruitment tools (ATS and CRM : SmartRecruiters, AssessFirst, others). Train team members on best practices, system usage, and new processes.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple talent acquisition projects, from planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation, across diverse regions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Process Optimization: Review current recruitment processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices, standardize procedures, and introduce technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and fostering an inclusive hiring environment. Coordinate our partnerships with associations.
- Data & Reporting: Perform data quality checks and analysis on the TA data to ensure that what is reported is accurate. Work with our HR Data and HRIS team to make sure key performance metrics related to recruitment activities are updated on time And also are fit for purpose.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on global talent trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments. Use insights to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience: analyse the results of our Candidate Satisfaction Survey and help the Global TA managers to spot the improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in a global context.
- Working knowledge of global recruitment practices and strateges
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technology: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools.
- Organizational: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to navigate and adapt to different cultural environments and work effectively in a global setting.
- Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project execution and reporting.
