Based in our Recruitment Support Centre team, this is a fast-paced role that allows for real ownership and strategic input to support business growth.

  • Coaching and developing a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to deliver recruitment campaigns
  • Take responsibility for managing recruitment vacancies
  • Implement recruitment strategies for Retail, Beauty, and Healthcare support roles
  • Working in partnership with Area Managers, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and the wider HR team to provide solutions for continuous improvement in recruitment.
  • Using market insights to develop short- and long-term attraction plans in partnership with the Recruitment Marketing team.
  • Driving improvements in candidate experience, employer branding, and talent pipeline strategies.

What you’ll need to have

  • Previous recruitment agency or in-house partnering experience
  • Experience in delivering full life-cycle recruitment
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience of using creative attraction techniques to deliver great talent pipeline strategies and keep warm methods
  • Continuous improvement mindset

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience within recruitment
  • Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems or CRMs
