Our client, a leader in safety services, is looking to hire a Trades Recruiter for a 2 month contract with potential for extension starting on January 27th.This position is located in Leduc and will follow a Tuesday – Saturday schedule 11 am – 7 pm.We are seeking a Trades Recruiter for a 2-month contract to support recruitment and administrative tasks during a period of increased workload. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience in Trades Recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.Responsibilities:

• Review resumes to ensure candidates meet the minimum criteria outlined in job descriptions.
• Verify tickets, certifications, and qualifications for compliance with job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, availability, and suitability for specific roles.
• Maintain detailed notes and provide recommendations to the hiring team.
• Assist with onboarding processes, such as collecting and organizing documentation and setting up new hires for success.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support recruitment and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Trades recruitment.
• Organized: Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing resumes and qualifications.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working in an environment without established processes and procedures.
• Collaborative: Enjoys working independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
