This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesPerform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles.Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.Serve as backup on other HR duties including, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, etc.
