The VacancyWe’re looking for a Volume Recruiter to play a key role in our In-House Recruitment Team, driving talent attraction and sourcing diverse, high-quality volume candidates for our Property Services business. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Business Partner to meet hiring needs, manage a high volume of vacancies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.What You’ll Do:🔍 Source and engage top talent through social media, networking, search, and advertising.📋 Screen, shortlist, and recommend candidates for Trades, Engineering, and Supervisory roles.🌍 Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.📢 Write inclusive job adverts and coordinate recruitment processes.📊 Keep recruitment data accurate and up-to-date using our ATSWhat You Bring:✅ Experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.✅ Strong ability to directly source candidates directly across multiple channels.✅ Organisational skills to handle high-volume recruitment.✅ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.What We Offer:💰 Competitive salary & profit share.🌍 Flexible working🩺 7% employer pension contribution, wellness programme🏖️ 26 days holiday + bank holidays.👶 Industry-leading family leave: 26 weeks fully paid maternity, 8 weeks fully paid paternity.Work for WatesWates is one of the UK’s leading family-owned development, building and property maintenance companies.
