Your duties include handling incoming and outgoing calls via the main switchboard and MS Teams, taking and delivering messages, and managing both internal and external mail. Additionally, you will welcome visitors, ensure security passes have been issued, arrange logistics such as Wi-Fi access and meeting rooms, and perform various administrative tasks like filing, binding, and photocopying.You will also be responsible for organizing courier collections, maintaining a tidy reception area, updating logbooks, liaising with departments, responding to customer and supplier inquiries, generating export paperwork, and ensuring sufficient stationery stock levels.
