We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Ramp Agent to join the ground operations team of a leading and reputable airline. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, passengers, and cargo, contributing to the smooth operation of airport ground services. This is a physically demanding but rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, offering you the chance to make a tangible impact on the airline’s operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Aircraft Handling: Safely load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft, ensuring efficient turnaround times while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Aircraft Marshalling: Marshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring precise and safe positioning at all times.
  • Ground Equipment Operation: Operate ground service equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts, and other machinery, following safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Aircraft Servicing: Perform essential aircraft servicing tasks, including cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, and replenishing water supplies.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including marshalling signals, hazardous materials handling, and equipment safety checks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers and airline partners, maintaining a professional and friendly attitude while working on the ramp.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • While previous experience in a ramp agent or similar role is preferred, it is not required. We are open to training the right candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, handling baggage and cargo, and operating ground equipment efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team, coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be able to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
