Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.Where will you be working?MEICA and capital maintenance – Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services What will you be doing?As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting financial and contractual aspects, ensuring the smooth operation of our capital maintenance projects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiate agreements, and foster strong, long-term relationships that drive success.You will assist in managing costs, contracts, and commercial risks and support our capital maintenance team, you’ll provide commercial guidance, helping to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.Documentation and reporting will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that all commercial processes are up to date and aligned with company requirements. You’ll also oversee supplier agreements, monitor performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making to support the growth and stability of the business.Key responsibilities include:
