Your Role as a Quantity Surveyor…You will be responsible for cost control, contract management, and risk assessment across multiple projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are financially successful, with accurate estimates, efficient procurement, and tight budget control.Key Responsibilities:

• Cost & Contract Management – Prepare, negotiate, and oversee contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Estimating & Procurement – Develop accurate project costings and secure competitive pricing from suppliers.
• Project Financial Monitoring – Track budgets, control expenditures, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Reporting & Compliance – Provide detailed cost analysis and financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring all contracts align with legal and regulatory standards.
