Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in premium industrial builds? We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality industrial developments on time and within budget.
About the Role:
You will be part of a project team delivering a large industrial unit build, which includes:
·Internal works
·External services
The project duration is approximately 45-52 weeks, and the role requires expertise in cost control, procurement, and project coordination to maintain the company’s high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead cost control and procurement for the project.
·Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
·Ensure compliance with contractual and institutional standards.
·Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
·Manage value engineering initiatives to optimise project budgets.

Requirements:
