Quantity Surveyor – Cardiff – Full-time – £50,000 – £55,000 per annumOur client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established and respected curtain wall, window and door subcontracting team in Cardiff. With projects across Wales, the South West and beyond, this is an opportunity to work on high-profile developments with a growing business.We are actively hiring and reviewing applications daily. This role offers the chance to play a key part in commercial operations while supporting continued company growth.Key Responsibilities:· Attend pre-let meetings with main contractors to review project requirements· Analyse and negotiate contract terms and documentation· Prepare and issue monthly valuations and visit sites where necessary· Price and support the pricing of variations· Liaise with subcontractors, reviewing and authorising valuations· Ensure timely payments and resolve financial queries· Manage and settle final accounts, including retentions· Report to the Commercial Director and provide board-level insights· Collaborate with other departments to support project success· Support company development through a proactive and solution-focused approachRequirements / Qualifications:· Surveying qualifications desirable· Previous surveying experience essential· Excellent communication and customer service skills· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset· Experience in curtain walling, facades or construction sectors is advantageous· Trustworthy, reliable and approachable professional approachBenefits:· Free parkingLocation: Cardiff, CF10 1EPIf you’re interested, email Tyler@rhinorecruitment.com or click Apply.
