Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.Where will you be working?At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.Distribution and connections- As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure.Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers. carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement.What will you be doing?We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on projects across the UK! You’ll play a key role in managing contracts, sub-contractor accounts, and project finances, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. From tracking costs to valuing additional works, you’ll support the team to keep projects on time and within budget.This role also involves creating weekly cost/value reports generations, analysing tenders, and working closely with operational teams. Collation of accurate information for monthly cost / value reconciliations and contract reviews. Are you ready to get involved?What you’ll bring

• Experience in a similar role and experience within the electricity sector

• Detailed knowledge and previous experience of the NEC suite of Contract

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Previous use of the Oracle system would be advantageous
