We are now hiring a Quality Warehouse Operative / Supervisor for our client based in Thatcham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a full-time, permanent role within a well-established company.With an immediate start available, this role offers stability, career progression, and the chance to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while also providing support and cover for the Operations Manager as required.Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 am to 17:00 pm

Salary:

• £26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing goods in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring all items are handled with care and quality standards are maintained.
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and organised at all times.
• Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines and company policies.
• Using warehouse management systems and being confident with computer-based tasks.
• Manual handling of products of various sizes and weights.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Conducting quality checks on both inbound and outbound goods.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Taking initiative and thinking proactively to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Developing a strong understanding of the company’s wide-ranging product portfolio.

Requirements & Skills:

• A Forklift Counterbalance Licence is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
