Quality Transformation LeadThe role exists to lead the transformation of the Quality Operations at the site including leading the definition, development, deployment of quality projects in areas such as Quality Systems and Data, Quality Compliance, Validation, Quality control, Sterility Assurance, Operational Quality, Quality Culture, Communication, Governance and Finance processes. We offer a competitive salary, an annual bonus based on company performance, healthcare and wellbeing programmes, pension plan membership, and shares and savings programme.We embrace modern work practises; our Performance with Choice programme offers a hybrid working model, empowering you to find the optimal balance between remote and in-office work.Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpageIn this role you will:Lead the implementation of key quality projects across site, aligned to the site Quality Improvement Programme.Ensure the right resources and roles across the quality organisation to support the future operating model.Work with the Site Quality Director to define quality processes and ensure quality oversight, efficient day to day operations and alignment with central Quality structure and organisation.Ensure strong communication channels are in place, for internal and external stakeholders.Support the Site Quality Director defining the quality governance and monitoring through KPls at all levels of organisation and the implementation of performance management processes in Quality Operations in line with the GSK Production System.Work with the aligned finance partner to ensure yearly Quality budget, robust financial review/monitoring process to keep budget aligned, cost efficiency initiatives across the whole quality organisation.Engage, coach and/or mentor the Site Leadership Team in aspects of lean leadership, quality processes and change management.Why you?Basic Qualifications & Skills:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:University Degree or equivalent, ideally in Science, Manufacturing, Quality, or Project Management.Several years’ experience in the pharma/biopharma industry, or other highly regulated environment.Several years’ experience in quality roles (e.g. Operational Quality, Quality Assurance).Expertise in project/portfolio management, strategic and operational planning, resource planning and tracking, performance management.Experience in change management and stakeholder management.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:Post graduate qualification in STEM disciplinesSeveral years of experience in pharma/biopharma industry, manufacturingDemonstrated experience of delivery of large, complex, cross-functional projectsDemonstrated experience of matrix leadershipClosing Date for Applications – 3rd January 2025 (COB)Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
