Salary: 18.50
Our local client is looking to hire Quality Packaging Operators.
Requirements & Duties of Quality Packaging Operators:
- Understand, follow and enforce all established health and safety, quality, GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.
- Set-up, operate and troubleshoot plastic injection blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing high quality bottles
- Ensure all quality control procedures and checks are being followed and executed to maintain a stable process and product quality.
- Lifting and palletizing finished product boxes per stacking pattern.
- Must be able to lift to 40lbs
- Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.
- Assist line operators and maintenance personnel with troubleshooting
- Package finished goods in boxes, label, palletize and shrink wrap as per sales order
- Perform Cycle Counts
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to work rotating day and night shift with weekends as needed.
- Quality checking products on the line.
Compensation & Hours of Quality Packaging Operators:
- Rotating shifts every 2 weeks for days and afternoons
- $18.50/hour
