As Quality Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of quality, health & safety, and environmental (QHSE) management. From leading audits to implementing a new Document Management System, you’ll ensure our systems meet high standards while adding commercial value.You’ll report directly to the SVP Engineering and work across teams to embed best practices and drive performance. This role is ideal for someone with consultancy or fee-for-service experience who enjoys autonomy and impact.✅ What You’ll DoLead and evolve QHSE systems (ISO 9001 essential)Oversee internal/external audits and corrective actionsImprove and implement quality processes across engineering projectsEnsure safety, compliance, and risk management across the businessSupport environmental strategy and drive sustainable practicesHelp roll out a new Document Management System👤 What We’re Looking ForGraduate calibre or industry-trained experience, ideally with a technical backgroundProven experience in senior QHSE roles within a consultancy/project-based environmentExperience working with electronic product development and small-scale manufactureExperience with either a Tier One or Prime manufacturer of electronics is welcomeStrong communicator, self-motivated, solution-focusedExperience with ISO accreditations and familiarity with export controls (training available)🌟 What’s on OfferCompetitive salary + benefitsFlexible hybrid workingFriendly, inclusive culture with regular team eventsCareer growth in a respected, forward-thinking consultancyEasy access to Cambridge and surrounding areas📩 Ready to make your mark?
