Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey!We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join us at our site in Derby.As a Quality Manager you will work closely with a valued customer to drive continuous improvement activity to ensure that the performance of the Quality function meets both customer and internal expectations.You will develop strong relationships at the customer level, personally driving improvement activity through discussions around current workstreams.Additionally you will lead and develop the local technical team to ensure current and future requirements are met through the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators.About YouYou will be an experienced, time-served Quality Manager, with at least 10 years in a manufacturing environment.You will have extensive experience working within the aerospace industry.You will have significant experience working within a customer or supplier facing Quality role with experience of leading improvement activities.Whilst not essential, some six sigma and lean experience is desirable.Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
